HOW THE SHOOTING ACTIVITY WORKS?

We can handle individuals and groups up to 60 people. Shooting activities in Prague is available all year round to anyone over the age of 12. More info in FAQ PAGE.

1) BOOK Your shooting ACTIVITY Package

Choose the most suitable shooting package and send us the reservation form. We will contact you within 24 hours with the reservation details.

2) TRANSPORTATION TO THE EVENT FROM THE HOTEL

We will pick you up from the hotel and transport you to the gun range on the day of the event. We will then take you back after the activity. The way takes about 40 minutes in one direction.

3) ENJOY THE SHARPSHOOTING EXPERIENCE

You can try up to 25 legendary rifles and pistols. Upon your request, we can provide almost any weapon. Ammunition is included in price.

4) SHOOTING COMPETITION AND GLORY TO THE WINNERS

Enjoy a small lunch and drinks after your shooting activities. If your group chooses to have a competition, we will announce the winners before departure.

ORDERS

How do I place an order?

The best way to place an order is to use the ORDER FORM on our website. On the page of the specific package click on BOOK NOW. Then fill in your details and your preferred event date and time and CLICK SUBMIT. We will confirm your order within 30 minutes by email or phone. You can also order directly by phone at +420 228 883 526 or by email at info@pragueranger.cz.

When do you confirm the booking

We confirm your booking within 30 minutes by email and/or phone, usually in 15-20 minutes.

What is 100% moneyback guarantie?

We provide only 100% service. If you are not satisfied with our shooting course. Let us know what where we failed and we refund you the money partialy or fully. You can contact us via email with you request.

Do you offer hotel pickup and drop off?

Yes. We provide hotel pick-up and drop-off for our outdoor shooting courses. If you stay in the city centre, where is complicated to get by bus, we offer a meeting point nearby.

Do you accept last minute bookings?

Yes, we will do our maximum to find availabile places also for last minute or same day booking. We highly recommend to book the session in advance at least 2 days before the evnet.

Do you accept individuals and small groups?

Yes, we accept single shooters and groups too.

Can each participant have a different package?

Yes, no problem. You can mix packages in your group, no problem. Leave us the note what packages you want or order multiple packages via booking form.

Do you offer any group discounts?

Yes, we offer several group discounts, starting from 10 people in the group. We also offer regular promotions, check our social media.

PAYMENT

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, if you pay in advance, you can pay online by credit card, PayPal or Bank transfer. On site, we accept only cash, we accept CZK or EUR.

Is it possible to purchase more shots?

Yes, you can buy more ammunition or add weapons to the package directly at the range.

Do you require a pre-payment?

Yes. We require a deposit for all outdoor shooting events because we have to reserve multiple components - range, equipment, bus, driver, refreshments, drinks, etc. Indoor shooting is generally without the deposit, except for larger groups and busy weekends.

How much is the deposit

The deposit is 20 EUR per person, but we usually charge smaller flat fee of 150 EUR for every 5-10 shooters depending on the total amount.

When do I pay the balance?

You will pay the balance at the shooting range. Please bring right amount, we accept only cash, CZK or EUR.

Can I get an invoice with my VAT?

Of course, but please let us know in advance, that you need an invoice issued to your company with VAT. There are several tax rules applied to the service like reverse charge etc. After the event, we are not able to reissue the invoice.

Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation at any time up to 24 hours before the event with a full refund of your deposit.

When do I get my refund?

We will refund you via PayPal or bank transfer. Depending on your bank, you should have the money back in your account within 3-4 business days.

What if I don’t arrive or arrive late?

We understand that plans can change. However, if you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the event and either don’t show up or arrive late to the appointment, we’ll need to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the original price of the ordered product. This fee covers costs such as transportation, instructor wages, shooting range fees, and more. Thank you for your understanding! For more details, please read our Terms and Conditions page.

On the range

What should I bring to the range?

At the shooting range you will primarily need proof of identity - ID, passport, driving licence or firearms licence. Also, remember sturdy shoes and weather-appropriate clothing for the outdoor range.

Can I come with a friend or family?

Of course, your friend can come with you as support. At the outdoor range he has to pay 20 EUR for the price of transport and admission to the shooting range.

Do I need a firearms licence to shoot?

You dont need one, all our shooting packages include instructor time to spend with you. Under the supervision of an instructor, a license is not required.

Can I drink alcohol before and during shooting?

No, we dont serve alcohol in the range during the shooting. You should come to the range sober. If you are planning a visit to the range as part of your celebration. Schedule the shooting at the beginning of your event.

How do I get to the range?

The outdoor shooting range is 45 minutes from the city centre and transport to the site is included in the price.

Can my childs shoot as well?

According to Act No.119/2002 Coll., on firearms and ammunition, a person over the age of 10 may be entrusted with a firearm if accompanied by a legal guardian. We recommend at least 12 years of age.

Can two persons share one package?

No. We dont allow to divide any shooting package into multiple persons. Especialy bigger packages, are set with skills progress in mind. We start from small calibers, then move to big ones. Progression of skills must be achieved before we move foward. Therefore we cant split the package in the middle for example.

Can take photos and videos during the session?

Yes, of course! You can take videos and photos during the whole session, but ask the instructor first, safety must be maintained.

What languages do you speak?

Our courses are usually in English or Czech.

Yes, BUT:) We highly recommend to make an appointment in advance. Please give us a call before your arrival. Weekends are usualy fully booked. You can come anytime to our Indoor shooting range in Prague, there is also located our offcie.

What if I dont know the pickup location yet?

It is ok, we will contact you a few days before the event, to confirm final details of your booking.
