Would you like to get a firearms licence and are wondering where to start and how to prepare well? Then this course is for you. We have a high percentage of successful applicants (over 90%). Firearms licence courses are held regularly at the shooting range in Prague 2, usually in the evening.
The course is taught by qualified instructors and examiners with several years of experience in training future holders of the ZP. During the course, the instructor will guide you through the entire preparation from the application, theoretical preparation to practical training in handling and shooting. With the course you will also gain access to our online learning database, including videos, articles and other learning materials.
The preparatory course "for a firearms licence" in english usually lasts 8 hours depending on the needs of the participants once a week. You can repeat the course at a 50% discount if you wish, or practice a specific part of the course just before your exam. We use the same weapons in the course that you will use in your firearms license proficiency exam. For example, a CZ-75 pistol, a small-bore rifle and a shotgun.
A group course price is 250 EUR / individual 500 EUR.

No, we dont serve alcohol in the range during the shooting. You should come to the range sober. If you are planning a visit to the range as part of your celebration. Schedule the shooting at the beginning of your event.
A maximum of 6 people can be in the course at the same time. On the outdoor range the number is unlimited.
The indoor shooting range is right in the centre of Prague. Easily accessible on foot or by public transport.
According to Act No.119/2002 Coll., on firearms and ammunition, a person over the age of 10 may be entrusted with a firearm if accompanied by a legal guardian. We recommend at least 12 years of age.
